We begin with a warm conversation about your goals and what’s been holding you back. During your first session (60–90 minutes), you’ll experience deeply calming guided relaxation with personalised suggestions aligned with your goals.

The Hypnotic State

Hypnosis feels wonderfully natural, as you’re already in a light trance several times daily when driving a familiar route or becoming absorbed in a story. During hypnotherapy, we guide your brainwaves from your everyday waking state (beta waves) into alpha and theta frequencies, the same deeply relaxed states you experience during light meditation, daydreaming, or just before sleep. This is where the gateway to your unconscious mind opens naturally.

You may hear and remember everything said, or consciously forget, while your subconscious absorbs the suggestions perfectly.
