A Personal Journey

Valerie has been part of the holistic health community in the beautiful Sutherland Shire for over twenty years. For her, it is a privilege to walk beside people who seek support to feel well, build strength, and discover practical ways to improve their health and lives.

A Mother’s Love That Changed Everything

Her journey into complementary health care started when one of her children received the devastating diagnosis of brain cancer. After finding and reading a book on reflexology from the library, Valerie began practising the techniques on her son. She watched as his stomach and head began to calm and settle under her gentle touch. That profound moment then sparked a lifelong passion and set her on the path to holistic healing.

Walking Alongside Others on Their Healing Journey

Today, Valerie’s clinic has become a sanctuary for those navigating life’s most challenging chapters. She has supported clients living with a wide range of chronic health conditions, including cancer, chronic fatigue, injuries, and pain management. She’s held space for grieving hearts, supported relationships in crisis, and guided individuals through major life transitions. She also helps those navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Valerie’s gift isn’t just in her extensive training. It’s in her ability to see each person not as a collection of symptoms, but as a whole human being deserving of balance, peace, and their best possible life.

Sharing Knowledge, Spreading Hope

Valerie’s passion for healing extends far beyond her clinic. She has taught Aromatherapy at Endeavour Natural Therapy College and TAFE and contributed regular articles to Greenhouse Living on the use of essential oils for healing and home care.

Living Life in Full Colour

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Valerie tending her garden and spending time camping or creating meaningful gatherings for family and friends. She has a love of personal development courses, a keen curiosity for life’s big questions (and an occasional weakness for chocolate). Sharing what she learns is part of her mission, spreading a ripple effect of healing and joy into the wider world.
